These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of inVivaria, a plant-care companion app that helps you track care schedules, groups, plant profiles and treatment courses for your collection (the "App"), provided by Craft / Logic ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Using the App
inVivaria is available on iPhone. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and any app-store rules that apply to you.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation.
Your content
You keep ownership of any content you create in the App. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the App.
Purchases and subscriptions
inVivaria is free to start. Optional premium features may be offered as a paid subscription through the App Store.
Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through, under that store's terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information in the App is for general guidance and is not professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
